Clinical input to digital products
I help product teams understand the clinical problem before they build, test ideas with the people who will use them and review how a tool works during rollout.
FOR PRIMARY CARE AND HEALTH TECH
I’m a senior clinical leader with a track record of leading digital change at scale in primary care. I help teams improve access, put new tools into practice and make sure changes work safely for patients and staff.
I help product teams understand the clinical problem before they build, test ideas with the people who will use them and review how a tool works during rollout.
I help teams identify risks, agree who owns them and put clear procedures in place before and after launch. My experience includes DCB0129 and DCB0160 work.
For primary care teams, I can help plan a rollout, involve patients and staff, train colleagues and review what happens once a new way of working is live.
I review a practice website as a patient would: can people find how to get help, understand appointment information and use the site on a phone? I check whether the wording matches how the practice actually works and give the team a prioritised list of changes, including accessibility and language issues.
I led a redesign of access and AI-assisted triage across a multi-site primary care service for more than 110,000 patients. The work covered patient testing, clinical safety, staff workflows and a full rollout. Average online-request response times fell from about 1.5 days to under six hours across the wider programme.
Today, my work includes clinical design with Anima and advisory input to Asterix Health.
I also co-founded GP Logic with Dr Tosin Babalola. For practices needing wider operational support, we work on access, governance, workforce and technology together.
