MY BACKGROUND
I’ve led clinical teams, built digital tools and helped services use AI safely.
I’ve worked in medicine for more than 15 years, including as a GP, Clinical Lead GP and Clinical Safety Officer. I’ve led digital transformation using AI for a primary care service caring for more than 110,000 patients. I worked with patients and staff to improve access, triage and everyday workflows.
As an NHS Clinical AI Fellow at The Christie, I work on AI for oncology research. I also mentor clinicians, advise healthcare teams and speak about putting technology to work in real services.

What I’ve worked on
Making Anima work in everyday care
I led the local triage redesign and Anima rollout at GP Pathfinder Clinics, which serves more than 110,000 patients. Across the wider programme, average online request response times fell from about 1.5 days to under six hours.
